Delete your account
This page is for the Android app Estimate Maker: Talk and Send on Google Play (it shows as Talk to Estimate on your phone, package com.talktoestimate.app) and the website talktoestimate.com. Both are made by Harris Apps Studio.
You can delete your Talk to Estimate account at any time. It removes your business details, price book, customers, estimates, photos, invoices, recorded payments and usage records, and signs you out everywhere.
In the app
- Open Talk to Estimate and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Read what will be removed and confirm.
Without the app
Send a request from the help page using the email you sign in with, and write "Delete my account". We will confirm by email and delete it within 7 days.
What we cannot delete
Estimates and invoices you already sent stay on your customers' phones and in their email. Google Play keeps its own records of subscription purchases. If card payments are added later, the payment company keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
